Calvert Office Since we opened our doors in 1957, Calvert Office Equipment Ltd has evolved to become the largest independent supplier of digital imaging products to the N. Ireland marketplace. Being the "largest" at anything doesn't automatically mean you're the "best". However we continually strive to improve all the differing aspects of our business, whether this is the speed of our service response, our knowledge of machine applications or simply the correct delivery of consumables and invoices.
We have been fortunate to be in partnership with three of the most progressive and visionary document solution companies in Canon, Kyocera and ZyLAB. Seven years ago they left us under no illusions that convergence of the traditional copier and printer markets would be reality within a short period of time. This has led to us developing into areas of expertise such as document management (with ZyLAB), managed print solutions and cost reduction.
Since then we have:
We have represented Canon UK for the past 12 years qualifying as their first Canon Plus Partner in Ireland 5 years ago. We market and service their complete range of digital multifunctional devices in both colour and black and white.
Their new iR range of black and white multi-functionals will produce documents from 16 to 105 pages per minute, whilst they continue to lead the colour industry with both their CLC and iRC ranges.

Since 1983 ZyLAB have been producing world-first document management software for some of the most important organizations in the world. For the past 22 years they have been using the same mathematical algorithms as the likes of Google™ to develop the world’s first non-indexing document management system. This has led to them providing solutions for the likes of the International Tribunal on War Crimes (Hague), Dell Computers, BP, PWC and Deloitte & Touche whilst managing documents for the FBI and state prosecutors in both the Enron investigation and OJ Simpson trial.
